COLORPRINT PU - white film (polyestercking ba) for printing with solvent and eco-solvent inks; polyurethane (PVC-free). This thin, opaque material is soft to the touch. It can be heat-sealed onto all types of fabrics, such as cotton, polyester, and cotton-polyester blends (except those impregnated with silicone or wax, and those dyed with sublimation).
Rolls: 0.5 m wide, 25 m long, 80 mic thick - 75 mic thick after ironing.
Additionally, you may find the following useful: TTD Evolution, TTD Easy
- Print and cut out the foil (minimum character size 1 cm)
- Select and remove the product from the carrier (using TTD EASY (MATT version) or TTD EVOLUTION transfer foil is necessary), and place it on the fabric.
- Temperature: 155°C, time: 15 seconds, medium press pressure
- Remove the transfer foil while warm
- Wash products with the application (no earlier than 24 hours after printing) at up to 60°C, inside out. Do not use bleach or dry clean.
COLORPRINT NEW - white (polyester base) for printing with solvent and eco-solvent inks; contains PVC (contains phthalates, not suitable for the production of toys or other children's products). This thin, opaque, and flexible material ensures good color fastness. It can be heat-sealed onto all types of materials. Fabrics, e.g., cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends (except those impregnated with silicone or wax and those dyed with sublimation).
Rolls: width 0.5 m, length 25 m, thickness 120 mic.
- Print on the foil (we recommend allowing the print to dry for approximately 12 hours before cutting, rolling, etc.)
- Cut with a plotter - Select, remove the application from the carrier (we recommend using TTD transfer foil), place on the fabric
- Cover with Teflon fabric or silicone paper (not necessary when using TTD) and iron - Temperature: 165°C, time: 15 seconds, medium pressure.
- Remove the Teflon fabric or paper when cold, or remove the TTD foil when warm
- Wash products with the application (no sooner than 24 hours after application) Printing) at temperatures up to 60°C, inside out, do not use bleach, do not dry clean.
EVOLUTION PRINT - white (polyester base) for printing with solvent and eco-solvent inks; contains PVC (contains phthalates, not suitable for the production of toys or other children's products). This thin, opaque, and flexible material is slightly stretchy, soft to the touch. It can be heat-sealed onto all types of fabrics, e.g., cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends (except those impregnated with silicone or wax, and those dyed with sublimation).
Rolls: 0.5 m wide, 25 m long, 180 mic thick. Additionally, you may find: TTD Evolution, SmartPro - Print and cut the foil (minimum character size 1 cm)
- Select and remove the foil from the carrier (using TTD EVOLUTION transport foil is necessary after application). Transfer film (immediately remove from the backing), place on the fabric
- Temperature: 160°C, time: 15 seconds, high press pressure.
- Remove the transfer film while it is still warm
- We recommend not stretching the fabric for several hours after printing
- Wash products with the application (no earlier than 24 hours after printing) at up to 40°C, inside out. Do not use bleach or dry clean.
CRYSTAL PU - transparent-matte (polyester backing) for printing with solvent and eco-solvent inks; polyurethane. This thin and flexible material is designed for printing on white and light-colored fabrics; it ensures good color fastness and can be heat-sealed onto all types of fabrics, e.g., cotton, polyester, and cotton-polyester blends (except those impregnated with silicone or wax).
Rolls: width: 0.5 m, length: 25 m, thickness: 85 mic.
- Film Print in a mirror image
- Cut with a plotter
- Select, remove the application from the carrier, and place on the fabric
- Iron on through the transparent carrier layer
- Temperature: 165°C, time: 20 seconds, medium press pressure
- Remove the carrier layer in cold water
- Wash the applied product (no earlier than 24 hours after printing) at up to 60°C, inside out. Do not use bleach or dry clean.
FLEX 4600 (Poli-Tape) - white polyurethane film for heat-sealing onto fabrics. Printing: eco-solvent, pigment, or dye-based inks. Suitable for most types of fabrics, except impregnated and coated. Can be printed on a plotter using water-based, pigment, or solvent inks, as well as Roland PC 12, PC 60, and PC 600 transfer printers.
Rolls: 0.5 m wide Length: 25 m. After printing, it can be cut with a cutting plotter. Iron-on transfer enhances the print's gloss and resolution, while the heat and pressure fuse the outer protective layer to the foil, securing the print.
- Products with the appliqué should be washed at up to 60°C; dry cleaning is possible.
- Wash and iron inside out.
- Wash no sooner than 24 hours after applying.
- After printing and cutting, remove the foil from the paper and place it on the fabric.
- Cover with Teflon cloth or silicone paper.
- Iron onto fabric with a heat press at 160-175°C for 10-17 seconds.
